This policy applies to the products and/or services provided to you by our service provider in the form of clients, websites, mini-programs, H5 pages, and other product forms or new forms arising from business development. If our and our affiliates' products and/or services provided to you have separate privacy policies, the corresponding products and/or services are subject to the corresponding privacy policy.

2. Information Collection and Use

Due to the wide variety of products and/or services we provide to you and the differences in the specific products and/or services used by different users, the scope of basic functions or additional functions and the types and scope of corresponding personal information collected will vary. 2.1 Helping You Become Our User and Account Management

1. Basic User Services
We provide services based on our service website, mini-programs, etc. To create a user account, you need to provide us with at least your mobile phone number for verification. If you refuse to provide the foregoing information, you will not be able to complete registration, but you can browse our service interfaces that do not require login in "guest mode".
When you need to obtain services that require login to our products, or you no longer use our services and request to cancel your account, we will verify your user identity based on the information you provided and the information you submitted or authorized us to collect during your use of our products and services, to ensure that the registration, login, use, or cancellation is your own operation, to protect your account security; if you only need to browse the information we publicly display that can be viewed without login, you do not need to register as our user, nor do you need to provide the foregoing information.
You can set your avatar and nickname. The foregoing information will be publicly displayed when you participate in comments, sharing, or other interactive scenarios. The foregoing information is non-essential personal information; your failure to provide it will not affect your use.

2. Authorization Login
When you log in to our products and/or services using a registered account, you need to provide us with your game address or mobile phone number for verification. Based on our cooperation with communication operators, when you use the "one-key login" function, with your explicit consent, we will obtain your mobile phone number through the operator to facilitate our provision of fast login services.
When you log in using a third-party platform account (such as Apple, Google), you authorize us to obtain relevant information under the third-party account you log in to (including email address, mobile phone number, subject to your authorization content) for binding with our account, so that you can directly log in and use the relevant products and/or services. To meet the legal and regulatory requirements for real-name registration on the internet, when you use a third-party platform account to authorize login to our products and/or services, you need to bind your mobile phone number for the first authorization.

3. Identity Verification
To meet relevant legal requirements and regulatory demands, ensure the authenticity of user identity, achieve risk control such as anti-fraud, and ensure system and service security, we need to collect your relevant information for identity verification when you use specific services/functions. For example: [Account Recovery] When you use the "Account Recovery" function, we may collect your identity information, including your real name, ID card number, as well as information you submitted or authorized us to collect during your use of our products and services to verify your identity and help you recover your account.

2.2 Providing Services or Displaying Information to You

1. Artificial Intelligence Generation Services
Our services are based on the original portraits you actively upload/import, the virtual images you create, and the conditions you set according to the service interface prompts. We use artificial intelligence technology to generate images, videos, test analysis reports, simulate product try-on effects, or provide other services. When you use our services, we will process the original portrait information you upload and other setting information. Such information is necessary for us to provide the service. We will, in accordance with legal requirements, take strict encryption measures during the collection, transmission, and storage of such information to ensure the security of your information. We only provide image processing services and will not extract or use identification information for identification purposes. After the service is completed, the system will automatically delete the aforementioned information and will not retain it. When uploading the aforementioned information, we will request your authorization for the camera and photo album permissions. We will share the photos you upload and the personal information you fill in with Google LLC for artificial intelligence analysis via the Gemini API. Google will process this data in accordance with its privacy policy. We will not sell your facial data to any third party.

2. Generated and Imported Content Management Services
During your use of our products and/or services, you can collect favorite clothing style images, videos, or other preset templates and manage them. You can upload photo/video information by enabling camera and photo album permissions, or bind third-party platform accounts according to the service interface prompts and import selected shopping record information. You can also select preset templates, set generation conditions, and other information according to the service interface prompts. You can save, share, publish, delete, regenerate, or otherwise manage generated and imported content, and search for and purchase products of the same style included in the generated content through third-party products or services according to the service interface prompts. You can view historical generation, favorites, publications, and other content generated based on our services in "My".

3. Facial Analysis Service
When you use the virtual try-on or style recommendation function, you can choose to upload a photo. The photo will be transmitted to our server and processed using the Google Gemini API (provided by Google LLC) to analyze facial features, including face shape, skin tone, hairstyle, facial features, makeup, and accessories. This analysis is only used to provide personalized clothing and style recommendations. The photo you upload will be deleted from our server after returning the analysis results, and the analysis results will be securely stored on our server for a retention period of [72 hours]. You can request deletion of your data at any time by [deleting your account]. See the deletion clause in Part 4 for specific deletion methods. We will share the photos you upload with Google LLC for artificial intelligence analysis via the Gemini API. Google will process this data in accordance with its privacy policy. We will not sell your facial data to any third party.

2.3 Providing Information Publishing Services to You

When you share or publish generated content, or initiate questions, votes, or other forms of interaction with other users, we will collect relevant information and display your avatar, nickname, content you share or publish, interaction information, etc., on your personal homepage, the shared user interface, community public pages, etc. Other users can view and try on the same clothing included in the content you share. When you interact with content shared or published by other users, your avatar, nickname, interaction information, and interaction results will be displayed on that user's personal homepage.
Your homepage displays your avatar, nickname, historical generated content, collected content, published content, and related interaction information (such as likes, Q&A, votes, etc.). You can view and manage personal data, personal images, historical generated content, content you have published or collected, etc., on your personal homepage, and perform personal homepage privacy settings.
Please note that your use of information publishing services may involve your or others' personal information or even sensitive personal information. Please carefully consider whether to share or even publicly publish such information when using our services. If the information you publicly publish involves others' personal information, you need to obtain their consent before publishing.

2.4 Customer Service and Dispute Resolution

When you contact us or submit a dispute resolution request, to ensure your account and system security, we need you to provide necessary personal information to verify your account identity. To facilitate contacting you, helping you resolve issues as soon as possible, or recording the handling plans and results of related issues, we may save your communication, correspondence/call records, and related content (including account information, service information, other information you provide to prove relevant facts, or the contact information you leave). If you make inquiries, complaints, or provide suggestions regarding specific products or services, we will use your account information and usage record information. For the reasonable needs of providing services and improving service quality, we may also use other information you provide, including information you provide when contacting customer service and questionnaire reply information you send us when participating in surveys.

2.5 Interactive Communication

1. Message Notifications
In the process of providing services, we may send you one or more types of notifications through the contact information you provided during the use of our products and/or services (such as contact phone number, contact email), such as service notifications, identity verification, security verification, user experience surveys, etc. We may also display or push commercial information about services, functions, or activities that may interest you, as well as other product or service information via SMS or phone calls, or through pop-ups. If you do not wish to receive our commercial information and other product or service information, you can unsubscribe or disable it through the unsubscribe method provided in the SMS or by directly contacting our customer service.
2. Participation in Activities
When you participate in marketing activities held by us, we may need to collect and use your relevant personal information (including but not limited to your avatar, contact information, browsing records) to help you achieve event registration, lucky draws, prize redemption, etc. We will separately inform you of the specific collection and use scope in the relevant scenarios and obtain your consent.
If the relevant activity is jointly organized by us and our affiliates or third parties, after obtaining your consent, we will share necessary information with the affiliate or third party, or bind your user account with the affiliate's or third-party platform account, and/or synchronize your account, participation progress, and other information for participating in the activity across multiple participating platforms to ensure you have a consistent and complete service experience during the activity.
3. Sharing and Interaction
When you share or receive shared information, participate in activities, jump to third-party platforms for searching and shopping, etc., we may write relevant codes, sharing links, or links to your clipboard, or determine whether codes, sharing links, or links exist to achieve functions or services such as jumping, sharing, and activity linkage. We will not collect or store other information from your clipboard, and the clipboard information alone cannot identify you. At the same time, we may need to read your phone's photo album to share or receive shared images or videos.

2.6 Providing Security Assurance for You

To fulfill security assurance obligations, improve the security of your use of our services and those provided by our affiliates and partners, protect your or other users' or the public's personal safety and account security, better prevent security risks such as phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, cyber attacks, network intrusions, and malicious programs, and more accurately identify violations of laws and regulations or our relevant agreements and rules, we and our affiliates and partners will collect your device information, service log information, sensor (e.g., gyroscope sensor) information, and may use or integrate your account information, device information, service log information, sensor (e.g., gyroscope sensor) information, and information shared by our affiliates and partners with your authorization or in accordance with the law (among which, we may collect MAC address, IMEI, and other device identifiers during background operation of the application for risk verification), to comprehensively judge your account risk, conduct identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary records, audits, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law.

2.7 Other Additional Services Provided to You

1. Additional Services Based on System Permissions
To provide you with more convenient, better, and personalized products and/or services and strive to improve your experience, we may collect and use your personal information by enabling system permissions in the additional services we provide. If you do not agree to enable the relevant permissions, it will not affect your use of our basic services, but you may not be able to obtain the user experience brought by these additional services. You can decide to enable or disable these permissions at any time.

Please note that when you enable a permission, you authorize us to collect and use the relevant personal information to provide you with the corresponding service. Once you disable a permission, you cancel the authorization, and we will no longer continue to collect and use the relevant personal information based on that permission, nor can we continue to provide you with the service corresponding to that permission. Your decision to disable a permission will not affect the information collection and use previously conducted based on your authorization.

2.8 Other Rules for Collecting and Using Personal Information

If the information you provide contains the personal information of other users, before providing such personal information to us, you need to ensure that you have obtained legal authorization. If we use the information for other purposes not specified in this policy, or use information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will obtain your consent in advance. Under the premise that the information is strictly de-identified through secure encryption technology and cannot re-identify a specific individual, we will use the collected data for machine learning, algorithm model training, or other data analysis and mining processing to better ensure the product and service experience we provide to you and assist in business decision analysis.

3. Partners Involved in Data Use, Transfer, and Public Disclosure of Personal Information

If specific functions and scenarios involve services provided by our affiliates or third parties, the scope of partners includes our affiliates and third parties.

3. Entrusted Processing
We may entrust authorized partners to process your personal information so that the authorized partners can provide you with certain services or perform functions on our behalf. We only entrust them to process your information for legal, legitimate, necessary, specific, and clear purposes stated in this policy. Authorized partners can only access the information necessary to perform their functions, and we will require through agreements that they not use this information for any other purposes beyond the scope of the entrustment. If an authorized partner uses your information for purposes not entrusted by us, it will obtain your separate consent.

4. Joint Processing
For scenarios of joint processing of personal information, we will sign agreements with partners in accordance with legal provisions and stipulate respective rights and obligations to ensure compliance with legal provisions and data security when using relevant personal information.

5. Cooperation Scenarios:

To facilitate us to jointly provide you with products and services based on affiliate platform accounts, identify account abnormalities of our affiliates, protect the personal and property safety of our affiliates or other users or the public from infringement, we will provide your personal information to our affiliates and/or their designated service providers. We only provide necessary personal information, and subject to the purposes stated in this policy. If we provide your sensitive personal information or change the purpose of use or processing of the information, we will seek your authorization and consent again.
2) Advertising and analysis services
We will entrust partners to process information related to ad delivery, coverage, and effectiveness using industry-standard security technologies. We will not entrust partners to process your personal identity information.
3) Security and statistical analysis
A. Ensuring use security: We attach great importance to the security of our products and/or services. To protect the legitimate rights and interests of users from illegal infringement, our partners may use necessary equipment, account, and log information.
B. Analyzing product conditions: To analyze the stability of our service products and/or services, partners providing analysis services may need to use service conditions, device identification information, application installation and usage information, etc.
C. Academic research: To enhance research capabilities in relevant fields and promote technological development, under the premise of ensuring data security and legitimate purposes, we may use de-identified or anonymized data with partners (such as research institutions, universities, etc.).
4) Other cooperation scenarios
In addition to the above cooperation scenarios, we may also entrust information to other partners supporting our business for processing, including being entrusted by us to provide technical infrastructure services, analyze how our services are used, and provide other customer services.
To ensure the stable operation and function realization of our client and enable you to use and enjoy more services and functions, our application embeds SDKs or other similar applications of authorized partners. We will conduct strict security testing on the application programming interfaces (APIs) and SDKs used by authorized partners to obtain information, and agree on strict data protection measures with authorized partners, requiring them to process personal information in accordance with this policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures. 3.2 Transfer

If we need to transfer personal information due to merger, division, dissolution, or bankruptcy, we will inform you of the name and contact information of the recipient. The recipient will continue to fulfill this policy and other legal obligations. If the recipient changes the original processing purpose or method, it will obtain your consent again.

3.3 Public Disclosure

We will publicly disclose your personal information only in the following circumstances:

1. Based on your active choice and other separate consents, we may publicly disclose your personal information;

2. If we determine that you have violated laws and regulations or seriously violated relevant service agreements and rules, or to protect the personal and property safety of users or the public from infringement, we may disclose your personal information, including relevant violations and measures we have taken against you.

3.4 Cessation of Operations

If we cease operations of our products and/or services, we will promptly stop continuing to collect your personal information. We will notify you of the cessation of operations by individual notice or public announcement, and delete or anonymize the personal information related to the discontinued products and/or services that we hold.

3.5 Circumstances Exempt from Obtaining Your Authorization and Consent by Law

According to laws, regulations, and national standards, we do not need to obtain your authorization and consent for processing personal information in circumstances such as: necessary for entering into or performing a contract, fulfilling statutory duties, responding to public health emergencies, protecting life and property in emergencies, reasonable use of news reports or publicly available information, etc.

4. Your Rights

4.1 Access, Rectification, and Supplementation
You have the right to access, rectify, and supplement your information through the following methods:
1. Log in to the client, go to "My", and select Settings;
2. Log in to the client, go to "My", select Settings - "Feedback or Complaint";
3. Log in to the client, go to "My", select Model Photo - choose to upload or delete model photos;
4. Log in to the client, go to "My", select Try-on History - choose to delete try-on result records;
5. Contact us through the customer service contact information provided by us.
4.2 Copying
If you need to copy your personal information, you can copy your personal information after querying it through the paths listed in "4.1 Access, Rectification, and Supplementation".
4.3 Deletion
You can delete part of your information through the paths listed in "4.1 Access, Rectification, and Supplementation", or apply to cancel your account to delete all your information.
In the following circumstances, you can request us to delete your personal information by contacting customer service:
1. If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;
2. If we collect and use your personal information without your explicit consent;
3. If our processing of personal information seriously violates the agreement with you;
4. If the purpose of processing has been achieved, cannot be achieved, or is no longer necessary to achieve the processing purpose;
5. If we stop providing products and/or services, or the storage period has expired.
If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entities that obtained your personal information from us to the extent possible and request them to delete it promptly (unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or these entities have independently obtained your authorization).
After you or we assist you in deleting the relevant information, due to applicable laws and security technology limitations, we may not be able to immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system. We will securely store your personal information and restrict any further processing of it until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.
4.4 Changing Authorization Scope
You can change or withdraw your authorization for us to process your personal information through the following methods:
1. Log in to the client, go to "My" - Settings - "Account Binding" to manage the third-party platform accounts you have authorized to bind;
2. Manage authorization information through the paths listed in "4.1 Access, Rectification, and Supplementation".
However, please note that for certain types of personal information, such as information necessary to achieve our basic functions or information necessary for us to fulfill legal and regulatory obligations, we may not be able to respond to your request to change the authorization scope. When you withdraw your authorization, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw authorization will not affect the personal information processing previously conducted based on your authorization.
4.5 Account Cancellation
You can apply to cancel your account through the following methods:
1. Log in to the client, go to "My" - Settings - "Cancel Account" to submit an account cancellation application;
2. Contact us through the customer service contact information provided by us to apply for account cancellation.
After you voluntarily cancel your account, we will stop providing you with products and/or services, and delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with applicable laws. If deletion of personal information is technically infeasible, we will anonymize it or stop processing except for storage and taking necessary security protection measures, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
4.6 Responding to Your Above Requests
For the above requests made by you or your guardian, close relatives, and other authorized parties, as well as your relevant personal information rights under the laws of the People's Republic of China and other applicable laws, you can contact us through customer service or directly file a complaint with our Personal Information Protection Officer's email. We will respond within 15 days.
To ensure the security of your account and your personal information, when you make the above requests to us, we may first verify your identity (such as increasing account verification, requesting you to provide a written request, or other reasonable methods) before processing your request.
For reasonable requests, we generally do not charge a fee, but for repeated requests beyond reasonable limits, we will charge a certain fee as appropriate. We may refuse requests that are not directly related to your identity, repetitive requests without reasonable justification, or requests that require excessive technical means (such as developing a new system or fundamentally changing current practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are impractical.

5. Information Storage

5.1 Storage Period
We will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
We determine the retention period for personal information based mainly on the following criteria:
1. Completing the purposes related to your use of this service, maintaining corresponding usage and business records, to respond to possible inquiries or complaints from you;
2. Ensuring the security and quality of the services we provide to you;
3. Whether you agree to a longer retention period;
4. Based on the needs of the statute of limitations;
5. Whether there are other special agreements or legal provisions regarding the retention period.
After the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with applicable laws.
5.2 Storage Location
Personal information generated or collected within the People's Republic of China is stored on servers within China. Data outside China is stored on servers in the United States, hosted by Alibaba Cloud. Unless we obtain your separate consent, or to fulfill a contract entered into with you, or to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, we will not provide any of your personal information outside the country.
5.3 Storage Security
1. Technical data protection measures
We have adopted security protection measures that meet industry standards and are reasonable and feasible to protect your information from unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss. For example, we use encryption technology to enhance the security of your personal information. Data exchanged between your browser and our server is encrypted using the SSL protocol, and we provide HTTPS secure browsing; we use trusted protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks on your personal information; we deploy access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal information. Currently, our important information systems have passed the Level 3 (or above) evaluation of the Multi-Level Protection Scheme for cybersecurity.
2. Data protection management and organizational measures
We have established an industry-leading data security management system centered on data and its lifecycle, enhancing the security of personal information from the perspectives of organizational construction, system design, personnel management, and product technology. We have established a dedicated department for personal information protection, appointed a Personal Information Protection Officer, and designated personnel responsible for the protection of children's personal information. We continuously strengthen employee awareness of the importance of protecting personal information through training courses and examinations.
3. Response to personal information security incidents
